All homes with Meritage Homes undergo pre drywall inspections, energy code compliance testing, energy performance testing including blower door testing, thermal inspections, HERS rating, and smoke testing. Our testing and verification is conducted in order to create a more efficient living space and increase homeowner comfort, satisfaction, and utility bill savings.
